Get fit like it's 1935!
Swing Sweat! is the cardio workout that combines vintage swing dance steps with fitness. Work towards building strength, endurance, and health while experiencing the fun of swing dancing!
During the hour long work out, you will learn many different solo swing dance steps, although some of them will be slightly modified to make sure you build muscle and endurance.
Wear comfortable shoes and clothes, bring a water bottle, and be ready to sweat!
Each hour long class is $10 or one punch on a BSD punch card.
