Swing Sweat! is the cardio workout that combines vintage swing dance steps with staying fit and healthy.
9-10 AM every Sunday at Kakes Studios.
During the hour long work out, you will learn many different solo swing dance steps, although some of them will be slightly modified to make sure you build some muscle and endurance. Wear comfortable shoes and clothes, and be ready to sweat!
$10 per class or one punch on your Boulder Swing Dance punch card.
